Welcome to FlowEd

Ken Robinson built upon Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi’s 1990 concept of flow with his idea of being “in your element,” as detailed in his book The Element: How Finding Your Passion Changes Everything (2009). Robinson’s concept highlights the intersection of natural talent and personal passion, where work or activities feel effortless and fulfilling.
Throughout my 30 years in education, my greatest satisfaction has come from integrating technological solutions to address existing challenges, resulting in enhanced productivity and improved outcomes. This perspective, combined with my background as a geography teacher and my youthful enthusiasm (albeit limited) for slalom canoeing, has shaped my belief that efficient organizations are those in which processes flow smoothly—because they are the right processes, implemented effectively, and understood by all. It is this philosophy that inspired the name FlowEd for my company.
